Urea Melting Granulation Production Line
The urea melting and granulation production line essentially constitutes an “industrial system that focuses on the physical phase change (solid → liquid → solid) and is achieved through the integration of multiple units to granulate urea”. It is a key piece of equipment for the production of high-quality urea fertilizers in modern agriculture.
The urea melting and granulation production line refers to a complete industrial system that processes solid urea (such as urea crystals, small particle urea, or recycled return materials) into granular urea fertilizer with high uniformity and good physical properties (such as hardness and fluidity) through a continuous process of “heating melting → atomization / molding → cooling and solidification → screening and classification”. It is the core equipment cluster in the fertilizer industry for achieving large-scale and standardized production of urea products. The core logic is to utilize the thermal melting property of urea (with a melting point of approximately 132.7℃) to convert it from a solid state to a pliable molten state, and then through specific granulation processes, transform it into granular products that meet agricultural or industrial requirements. This production line mainly consists of a melting system, a conveying system, a granulation system, a drying system, a screening system, a film system, and a packaging system.
Characteristics of the urea melting and granulation production line
