The compound fertilizer drum granulation production line is a widely used process equipment in the current fertilizer production field. The core function of this production line is to mix raw materials such as single-component fertilizers (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium), organic fertilizers (such as livestock and poultry manure, straw humus), or fillers (such as kaolin, talcum powder), and after pre-treatment processes such as crushing, batching, and mixing, send them into a tilted and rotating drum granulator. With the help of the inherent viscosity of the materials, added binders (such as urea solution, humic acid solution), or liquid phases produced by chemical reactions of the raw materials, under the continuous rotation of the drum and the action of centrifugal force and friction, the materials roll and agglomerate to form primary particles with uniform particle size. Subsequently, through subsequent processes such as drying (removing moisture from the particles), cooling (lowering the temperature of the particles to prevent caking), screening (separating particles with unqualified particle size, and qualified particles proceed to the next stage), and coating (optional, to improve the anti-humidity and flowability of the particles), compound fertilizers with balanced nutrients, stable physical properties (uniform particle size, high strength, and not prone to caking), and convenient for storage, transportation, and mechanical application are finally produced.
Characteristics of the compound fertilizer drum granulation production line:
Strong process adaptability and wide compatibility of raw materials; continuous and stable production with flexible scale adjustment; controllable product quality and excellent particle performance; low energy consumption and cost, with superior comprehensive economy; simple operation and maintenance, and high equipment reliability; environmental performance can be optimized to meet green production requirements; automation level can be upgraded, and production accuracy can be improved.
