Fermentation technology of cow manure organic fertilizer fermentation equipment

Working principle and characteristics of cow manure fermentation tank

The cow manure fermentation tank adopts high-temperature aerobic fermentation technology, which has the advantages of fast organic matter decomposition, complete degradation, fast dehydration speed, high dehydration rate, short fermentation cycle, uniform fermentation, and can kill weed seeds, bacteria, and parasites (eggs) in the manure. It also has good deodorization effect. It is a method of resource recycling, harmless treatment, and energy saving to obtain high-quality organic fertilizers.

In the process control of the entire fermentation tank, it can be divided into analog control, switch control, and related control of various parameters. The control parameters of the fermentation tank can be divided into temperature, pressure, flow rate, stirring speed, liquid level, pH value, DO value (dissolved oxygen), exhaust O2 and exhaust CO2, mycelium density, and conductivity in CIP.


Equipment structure of cow manure fermentation tank

1. Mixing system, base, mixing shaft, mixing blades, hydraulic station, mixing dragon disk, push plate, oil injection system.

2. Ventilation system, bottom ventilation, vortex fan, windward fan, deodorization tank (spray equipment).

3. Heating system, electric heating, extracting hot air for secondary circulation heating.

4. The tank body is made of 3mm thick 304 stainless steel and has an insulation layer inside. The outer wall of the tank body is cool all year round.
