Introduction to the process of producing 10000 tons of organic fertilizer annually on the production line


1. In the early stage, the organic fertilizer fermentation equipment used a 3-meter or 4-meter fermentation flipper with a motor power of 7.5kw-11KW, which can be used in multiple tanks with one machine.


2. The organic fertilizer crushing equipment adopts a large semi wet material crusher with a motor power of 21kw and an hourly output of 3-5 tons.


3. The mixer adopts a horizontal mixer motor with a power of 7.5kw.


4. The organic fertilizer granulation equipment adopts a 3000cm disc granulator with a motor power of 11kw and an hourly output of 5-6 tons.


5. The dryer adopts a 12 meter rotary dryer with a motor power of 11kw, achieving a drying effect of 50% moisture in the feed particles and 15% moisture in the discharge particles, achieving a reasonable drying effect with an hourly output of 3-5 tons.


6. The cooling machine adopts a 10 meter natural cold air rotary cooling machine, with an electric motor power of 7.5kw and a production capacity of 3-5 tons per hour.


7. The coating machine uses a 1.2x4-meter electric motor with a power of 5.5kw and a speed of 8 revolutions per minute to achieve good coating effect.


8. The screening machine is used for grading and screening of raw materials after crushing, using one 1-meter single mouth feeding machine. It is used for screening finished products after cooling.


9. The fully automatic packaging machine realizes the integration of automatic weighing, sewing, and packaging of 3-6 bags per minute.
